- Keep close tabs on the properties that are of particular interest to you by adding them to your own list of "favorites".

Saving your search settings and enabling email updates
Once you've identified your search criteria, saving your settings is easy. Simply select the Save This Search button at the bottom of the search page.
Next, enter your registration and login information.
Then a summary of your search settings will appear. Now you're set up to receive email updates when properties matching your criteria become available.
Note: you can edit, delete or create new search settings at any time by selecting the SearchSaver option along the top menu.
Keeping track of your favorite listings
You can keep a close eye on specific properties by adding them to your own list of "favorites". Select the Add to Favorites link when you're viewing a property among a list of other properties. Or click the save this listing link when you're viewing the details of an individual property.
Now you can view your shortlist of properties at anytime by selecting the Favorites option along the top menu.
Using our MLS map to save search settings and receive email updates
You can even receive email notifications for search settings that you create with our easy-to-use MLS map. For example, the map-based search settings below can be saved and used to generate email updates whenever properties matching the mapped location criteria enter the market.
